In order to transfer your Deposit, you must reschedule your appointment AT LEAST 48hrs before your initial appointment.(ex. Your initial appt. was booked for 9/12 at 2pm. You have until 9/10 at 2pm to reschedule). If you fail to reschedule AT LEAST 48HRS BEFORE your appointment, you will lose your deposit and be considered a No Call, No Show. You can reschedule  by texting 832.630.5636 with new appointment date.

**YOUR FACE MUST BE CLEAN. COMPLETELY FREE FROM ANY MAKEUP. YOUR HAIR MUST BE PULLED OFF OF YOUR FACE. PLEASE LIMIT YOUR CELLPHONE USE WHILE BEING SERVICED.

**NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE ALLOWED. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. PLEASE RESPECT THE PRIVACY AND SAFETY OF THE PREVIOUS CLIENT BY NOT SHOWING UP EARLY TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. AS A COURTESY, PLEASE ARRIVE NO MORE THAT 5 MINUTES EARLY.

**LATE APPOINTMENTS-10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD ALLOWED. $10 LATE FEE IS APPLIED IF YOU HAVE NOT ARRIVED AFTER 10 MINUTES. AFTER 15 MINUTES OF NO ARRIVAL YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY BE CANCELED.
